Returns & Refunds Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, Belle Nouré cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened, used or have had their protective seal broken, where the product is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, products must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging - returned within 14 days of purchase. 

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. If your product arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund or replacement where required by law.
